Policy Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all fee payments made to Sanah International Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our") for internship programs, skill development courses, certification programs, NGO collaboration modules, and corporate exposure initiatives offered through our platforms including techskilla.com.

By enrolling and paying fees for any program, you ("Student" / "Participant") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in its entirety. We strongly recommend that all applicants carefully review program details, timelines, and deliverables before making any payment.

General Position: Due to the nature of our academic facilitation and skill-based programs — which involve pre-allocated industry mentor time, partner resources, and administrative coordination — our refund approvals are subject to the timelines and conditions described below.

Section 02

Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The program or batch you enrolled in is cancelled by Sanah International Private Limited with no alternative offered.
  • You request cancellation within 7 (seven) days of payment and before the program commencement date.
  • Duplicate payment has been made for the same program by the same participant.
  • A technical error or payment gateway failure resulted in a successful debit without registration confirmation, verified by our team.
  • You are medically unfit to participate, supported by a valid certificate from a registered medical practitioner, submitted within 5 days of diagnosis.

Please Note: Requests made after program commencement will not ordinarily be eligible for a refund unless the Company has cancelled or substantially altered the program content.

Refund Schedule

The amount refunded depends on when the cancellation request is received relative to the program start date. The following schedule applies:

Processing Time: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 7–10 working days from the date of approval. Bank processing timelines may vary and are outside our control.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below. Incomplete requests will not be processed.

Send a Written Request

Email us at chandankhargaha21@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Program Name]". WhatsApp requests at +91 9350802001 are also accepted.

Provide Required Details

Include your full name, registered mobile number, email ID, payment receipt/transaction ID, program name, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation.

Verification by Our Team

Our team will verify your request against enrollment records and payment data within 3–5 working days and notify you of the outcome via email or phone.

Refund Processing

Upon approval, refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Expect credit within 7–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Section 05

Non-Refundable Items & Situations

The following fees and situations are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration / Application processing fees (one-time, non-transferable).
  • Certificate issuance, re-issuance, or courier charges.
  • Fees for programs that have already commenced, regardless of attendance.
  • Exam / assessment fees once the examination has been attempted.
  • Fees paid for exclusive workshop sessions or one-day boot camps.
  • Situations where a participant is disqualified or removed due to misconduct, breach of code of conduct, or violation of program terms.
  • Force majeure events (floods, earthquakes, pandemics, government restrictions) affecting program delivery, though rescheduling will be offered where possible.
  • Requests made beyond 30 days from the date of payment.

Transfer Option: If you are unable to attend an enrolled batch, we may, at our sole discretion and upon written request, transfer your enrollment to the next available batch of the same program at no extra cost — subject to seat availability.

Section 06

Cancellation by the Company

Sanah International Private Limited reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any program due to insufficient enrolment, unavailability of industry partners, force majeure events, or other operational reasons. In such cases:

  • Participants will be notified via registered email/phone at least 48 hours in advance (where feasible).
  • A full 100% refund will be processed within 10 working days, or an alternative equivalent batch will be offered.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages incurred by participants due to program cancellation.
Section 07

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute arising from a refund request or this Policy, we encourage participants to first contact our support team to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 15 working days, the matter shall be subject to:

  • Jurisdiction: Courts in Bhagalpur, Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
  • Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Arbitration: Both parties agree to attempt arbitration before pursuing litigation, as a faster and cost-effective resolution method.
