Welcome to Sanah International Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at techskilla.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student", "Participant", or "you") and the Company.

By accessing our website, registering for a program, making a payment, or using any of our services, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or enroll in our programs.

Minors: Our programs are intended for individuals who are 16 years of age or older. Participants under 18 years must have a parent or legal guardian review and accept these Terms on their behalf before enrollment.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Company" / "We" / "Us"

Refers to Sanah International Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 with CIN U85100BR2023PTC061673, having its registered office at 3LP/04, 1st Floor, Housing Board Colony, Barari, Bhagalpur, Bihar – 812003, India.

"Platform" / "Website"

Refers to techskilla.com and all associated pages, content, features, and services accessible through it.

"Programs" / "Services"

Refers to all internship programs, skill development courses, NGO collaboration modules, corporate exposure sessions, research programs, certification courses, and any other academic facilitation activities offered by the Company.

"User" / "Participant" / "Student"

Any individual who accesses the Platform, registers for a Program, or uses any Service provided by the Company.

"Content"

All text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, software, and other material available on the Platform or delivered as part of a Program.

Section 03

Eligibility & Registration

To enroll in any Program or use our Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Be at least 16 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Be a currently enrolled student, fresh graduate, or working professional as specified in the program requirements.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Not have been previously disqualified or banned from our programs due to misconduct.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.

Registration Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
  • Creating false or duplicate accounts may result in permanent disqualification without refund.
Section 04

Enrollment, Fees & Payments

Program Fees

  • All program fees are displayed on the Platform and are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Fees may vary by program type, duration, mode of delivery, and batch. The Company reserves the right to revise fees at any time; however, enrolled students will not be affected by mid-cycle fee changes.
  • Payment must be completed in full to confirm your enrollment. Partial payments do not guarantee a seat in any program.
  • The Company uses secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

Enrollment Confirmation

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation email/message by the Company.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify program offerings, reschedule batches, or change mode of delivery (online/offline) due to operational requirements.
  • In the event of a program cancellation by the Company, participants will be notified and offered a full refund or transfer to an alternate batch.

Refunds: All refund requests are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. We encourage you to read it carefully before making any payment.

Section 05

Code of Conduct & Participant Obligations

All participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional and academic integrity. The following conduct is strictly required:

Expected Behaviour

  • Treat all mentors, staff, fellow participants, and partner representatives with respect and professionalism at all times.
  • Submit all assignments, reports, and project deliverables honestly and in your own words. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
  • Maintain punctuality and regular attendance as required by your enrolled program.
  • Protect the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information encountered during partner/industry interactions.
  • Use the Company's Platform and resources solely for lawful, authorized educational purposes.

Prohibited Activities

  • Sharing, selling, or distributing course materials, recordings, or program content to unauthorized individuals.
  • Engaging in harassment, bullying, discrimination, or any form of abusive behaviour towards any person.
  • Impersonation of another participant, mentor, or Company representative.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Company's systems or data.
  • Making false or misleading statements about the Company, its programs, or its partners in any public forum.
  • Any activity that violates applicable Indian or international law.

Consequences of Misconduct: Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of enrollment without refund, blacklisting from future programs, and/or appropriate legal action as deemed necessary by the Company.

Section 06

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform and within our Programs — including but not limited to curriculum materials, study guides, videos, assessments, templates, branding, logos, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sanah International Private Limited or its licensed content partners.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Program content solely for your personal educational use during the enrolled program period.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any content without the Company's express written permission.
  • Recording of online sessions, workshops, or webinars is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the Company.
  • Any original work, research, or project you produce during a Program remains your intellectual property; however, you grant the Company a non-exclusive licence to use, showcase, or publish such work for promotional and educational purposes (with attribution).
  • Unauthorised use of the Company's trademarks, logo, or brand name is strictly prohibited and may attract legal consequences.
Section 07

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. By using our Platform and enrolling in our Programs, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described below and in our Privacy Policy.

  • We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, academic details, and payment information for the purpose of program enrollment, communication, and service delivery.
  • Your data may be shared with partner organizations, mentors, and industry collaborators strictly for program facilitation purposes.
  • We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
  • You may receive program-related communications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can opt out of non-essential communications by contacting us.
  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data; however, no method of internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We comply with the applicable data protection laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the IT (Amendment) Act, 2008. Our data practices are aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Section 08

Certificates & Program Completion

Certificates of completion, internship letters, and recommendation letters are issued subject to the following conditions:

  • Satisfactory completion of all program requirements including assignments, attendance, assessments, and project deliverables.
  • Full and timely payment of all applicable fees without any outstanding dues.
  • Compliance with the Code of Conduct throughout the program duration.
  • Certificates will not be issued to participants who are found to have submitted plagiarised work or violated academic integrity standards.
  • Duplicate certificate requests are subject to an additional re-issuance fee as notified by the Company.
  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, placements, or academic credit recognition by any university or institution as a result of completing our programs.

Disclaimer: Program certificates issued by Sanah International Private Limited are proprietary credentials. Recognition of these certificates by academic institutions, government bodies, or employers is at their sole discretion and the Company makes no warranty in this regard.

Section 09

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically:

  • You will not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or spiders to access, extract, or collect data from the Platform.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any systems connected to it.
  • You will not upload or transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Platform.
  • You will not engage in any activity that disrupts, impairs, or overloads the Platform's infrastructure.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user found to be in violation of these terms, without notice and without liability.

The Company may include links to third-party websites for informational purposes. We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is at your own risk.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sanah International Private Limited, its directors, employees, mentors, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Platform or Programs.
  • Loss of employment, income, business opportunity, academic credit, or other economic loss resulting from participation or non-participation in our programs.
  • Any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the content or services provided on the Platform.
  • Outcomes or results of industry interactions, partner engagements, or project work conducted as part of a Program.
  • Any loss arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

AS-IS Basis: Our Platform and Programs are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Section 11

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sanah International Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, mentors, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Platform or participation in any Program.
  • Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
  • Any misconduct or negligence on your part during program activities.
Section 12

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved as follows:

  • Step 1 – Informal Resolution: Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through direct, good-faith discussion within 15 working days of the dispute arising.
  • Step 2 – Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing legal action.
  • Step 3 – Jurisdiction: Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhagalpur, Bihar, India.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action. These Terms are written in the English language, which shall be the governing language for all interpretations.
